Workshops

Designed as the second stage of the ICS Solutions client engagement process, the free workshop is a half day session to facilitate 1-to-1 discussions between ICS Solutions and prospective clients. Focused on the needs of the client, the principal aim of the workshop is to provide the client with an understanding of ICS Solutions as an organisation, the Microsoft or ShareWorkz technologies and how these can solve business issues being experienced by the client.

Workshops are generally held at our Basingstoke campus and can be booked up to 3 months in advance. They are designed for 4-8 attendees from a single organisation and will be presented by a Senior Technical Expert and Business Sector Manager from ICS Solutions.

A typical workshop agenda would include:

Overview of client business and ICS Solutions
Pain Points discussion
Match needs to technology
Demonstration of technology
Scenario demonstrations
Explore constraints
Overview of implementation strategies
Establish engagement preferences
Agree session output and actions

Organisations would qualify for a free workshop if they meet the following criteria:

Have a requirement to implement a solution within 1-6 Months
Technical and Business stakeholders are in attendance
Client has identified one or more business issues for resolution
Offer is open to clients only, not Microsoft Partners
