Architectural Design Session [ADS] (from 1 Day)

Designed and delivered by Microsoft Gold Partner ICS Solutions, The Architectural Design Session (ADS) delivers a high level solution architecture for a BizTalk Server based solution to meet the IT department and business needs. Key objectives of the ADS are to:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the business challenges to be addressed.
  • Identify the key integration tenets of the proposed architecture, and provide a high level design to your integration layer and different technologies utilised within this layer.
  • Describes the key features of BizTalk platform and other integration technologies and clearly maps these features to business and IT needs and requirements.
  • Discuss Disaster Recovery, Low latency, scalability and performance requirements, making sure that chosen design and architecture fits with such requirements.
  • Recommend testing, versioning and deployment strategies to fit with your current organisation.

The ADS is delivered by an experienced ICS consultant with real implementation and hands on experience on:

  • Business Process Management [BPM] and workflow automation (Human and System Workflow).
  • SOA Principles.
  • Systems and Data Integration tools.

Infrastructure Planning (from 2 days)

The Infrastructure Planning service builds on the ADS to provide in-depth guidance for a specific BizTalk Server solution to assist you in developing an architecture and a plan for your deployment and then help to execute it if you wish. The session focuses on industry best practice and the lessons learned from our extensive experience gained through eight years of delivering BizTalk solutions. The Deployment Planning Sessions can be tailored to your specific needs.

Proof of Concept (from 3 days)

The Proof of Concept service delivers a working prototype solution developed on your IT infrastructure in order to justify the target architecture. Working side-by-side with ICS Solutions Technical Consultants, your project team will create a BizTalk server environment on your IT infrastructure and deploy a Proof of Concept BizTalk application.

Knowledge Transfer (from 4 days)

The Knowledge Transfer Service enables your BizTalk project team, key stakeholders and users to develop a deeper level of understanding, skill and experience through a collaborative working model, all supported by ICS Solutions Technical Consultants. This service can be tailored to suit your specific requirements covering different areas such as design, infrastructure, change management, operations and monitoring.

Code Review (From 1 day)

The Code Review service helps you to validate your current implementation making sure that it is built based on the best practices, and to identify any performance bottle-nicks or operations issues which you may face later on, and eventually optimise your current development and testing processes.
